Cordell Hull

Leland, Inc. had the opportunity to be involved in remodel of the Cordell Hull in Downtown Nashville. The Cordell Hull is a mid-century building housing the offices of the Tennessee State government. This project has a price tag of roughly $100,000,000 because of its challenging aspects. The project includes adding parking garage next to where the central services building was and digging a tunnel through the hill which the state capital sits, in addition to demolishing and renovating the mid-century 450,000 square foot building

Project Task:  Leland, Inc’s involvement is providing “General Trades” to Skanska (the CM). General Trades for this project consists of: Fencing, Demolition, Wall protection, Security, Logistics, Permitting, Buck-hoist operations, Historical monument work, storage and salvage, Tree protection, Fall protection, Carpentry, Office Build-out, Construction clean up, Roofing, Weather protection, Training and many other services.
